Jordan Dugan is an account executive at Prosper Strategies, where she executes marketing and PR strategies for nonprofit and social impact clients in sectors ranging from education to senior services to insurance. Jordan marries digital acumen, diving into campaign data, with the arts of writing and storytelling. She brings passion, creativity and tenacity to everything she does at Prosper.
Jordan is exceptionally good at helping clients understand their stakeholders and applying the right tactics, from blogging to email marketing, to incite action. Jordan is also skilled at working with reporters at local and national news outlets to help clients tell the stories of the great work they do. She has built lasting relationships with reporters at major outlets across the country, and clients have been featured in leading outlets such as Education World, Crain’s Chicago Business and the Huffington Post.
While she has a hand in many tactics that drive our clients’ missions forward, some of Jordan’s most notable work has combined digital and traditional tactics to help clients reach specific goals. Most recently, she was involved with building a digital marketing campaign that helped one national technology client increase leads and sales as a direct result of her efforts.
Prior to joining Prosper Strategies, Jordan worked at a mobile marketing firm where she was responsible for producing targeted text messages to promote client deals, products and events. By proactively working with media partners, Jordan boosted awareness of client initiatives and strengthened existing customer relationships.
At Prosper, Jordan is also known for writing her witty and creative internal newsletter and rallying the team with a good game of “Fact or Fiction.” She is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
