But every change, no matter how big or small, has the potential to throw an organization for a loop and limit its ability to make an impact. That’s why we offer change management services to our nonprofit clients.
Our change management work focuses on:
Assess the risks and resistance that might result from any sort of change your organization is considering and determine what actions might be necessary to manage it.
Effectively communicate about a change internally, with your staff and board, and externally, with stakeholders like donors and program participants.
Hold training, workshops, or other sessions to help your stakeholders learn new ways of working or behaving based on the change you’re pursuing, and facilitate their ongoing development of those new behaviors.
