What We Do:
Change Management

Progress Pyramid

Progress > Change Management

Are you managing change internally so you can drive more of it externally?

Almost all of the work we do at Prosper Strategies sparks some sort of change within the nonprofit organizations we partner with. That change can be major, like a rebrand, or minor, like the addition of a new metric to a measurement dashboard. But every change, no matter how big or small, has the potential to throw an organization for a loop and limit its ability to make an impact. That’s why we offer change management services to our nonprofit clients.

Our change management work focuses on:

Change Assessment

Assess the risks and resistance that might result from any sort of change your organization is considering and determine what actions might be necessary to manage it.

Change Communication

Effectively communicate about a change internally, with your staff and board, and externally, with stakeholders like donors and program participants.

Behavior Development

Hold training, workshops, or other sessions to help your stakeholders learn new ways of working or behaving based on the change you’re pursuing, and facilitate their ongoing development of those new behaviors.

Change Management Success Story

  • Prosper Strategies’ Nonprofit Impact System™ is a game-changer for any nonprofit that wants to maximize its potential. This system helped us align our objectives with our values as we reimagine the Foundation’s future. It led our team to focus on the same goals, and I’m confident that it is going to help us expand our reach and become the most effective organization we’ve ever been.
