As the Director of Operations at Prosper Strategies, Rachel is responsible for optimizing the work we do for our clients and ensuring delivery of the highest quality product across all projects.
Rachel oversees strategic timelines and project management, supervising team resources across clients and working to make Prosper the most effective agency it can be. She also helps Prosper determine the best approach for work with potential clients, and how to continually improve internal operations.
Rachel has extensive experience managing complex projects, from marketing and communications campaigns to nonprofit rebranding efforts. She has worked closely with nonprofits including Ignite, the Leukemia Research Foundation and United Way of Metro Chicago. Our clients appreciate her strategic mindset, attention to detail and ability to tackle even the toughest of research challenges.
Prior to joining Prosper Strategies, Rachel worked at public affairs firm Resolute Consulting in the technology practice group. Later, she operated as a freelancer, putting her skills to work for clients ranging from an ethical fashion boutique to a best-selling historical novelist. During this time, Rachel began working with Prosper Strategies as a freelance researcher and copywriter, before joining the team full-time in 2015. Rachel holds a degree from Northwestern University’s School of Communication.
