We have some exciting news to share: Prosper Strategies has rebranded, relaunched our site and restructured our services to better meet the needs of today’s most impactful nonprofits.
Founded almost 10 years ago, Prosper Strategies has become known as a leader in strategic consulting for nonprofits like Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Feeding America. But as the sector has continued to evolve, so has our approach. In recent years, we’ve developed an inclusive philosophy for nonprofit strategy work called Shared Power Strategy™, shifted to an innovative, expertise-based staffing model, and doubled down on the areas where we’re able to be the strongest strategic partners for nonprofit organizations of all shapes and sizes: strategic planning, marketing & communications strategy, fundraising & development strategy, brand strategy & rebranding, and coaching.
Now, it’s time for our identity and website to catch up to this exciting evolution.
We hope you’ll take some time to explore our new website, and would love to hear your feedback. Here are a few exciting changes to keep an eye out for:
Services
We’ve simplified our suite of services to focus on the areas where you have been telling us you most need our strategic support. We’ve launched several new service packages, such as 2-day, fundamental and intensive strategic planning options. We’ve also formally unveiled our executive coaching offering.

Tools
We’ve completely rebuilt our tool library to offer you more than 15 free templates, ebooks and other resources on topics like developing an inclusive strategic plan and transitioning to strength-based communication. We’ve also revamped our blog to make it easier for you to navigate.

Team
For the last few years, we’ve been moving toward an innovative, expertise-based staffing model in which we assemble the perfect team of experts for each unique client and every specific project. This means we’ve expanded our team to include former nonprofit CEOs, experts in DEI, policy, law, research and so much more.
Case Studies
We’ve overhauled our case studies to make them much easier for you to navigate, and added several new ones, highlighting our work with organizations like First Graduate, SeriousFun Children’s Network and Feeding America. You can now filter case studies by issue areas (human services, animal rights etc.) and type of work (strategic planning, marketing strategy etc.)

We look forward to a long future helping you build more inclusive, equitable and effective strategies to grow your nonprofit’s impact.
