Prosper Strategies is a leading strategic advisory firm that works exclusively with the nonprofit sector. We’ve helped organizations ranging from Boys & Girls Clubs of America to the Robert R. McCormick Foundation develop their strategic plans, build their brands, craft their marketing and fundraising plans and drive their missions forward.

We are a small team by design, and are not currently hiring for any full-time roles. Instead, we’re looking to build our network of talented collaborative consultants with experience in strategic planning, organizational change, culture, HR, branding, design, fundraising, communications, and more. These consultants often partner with us on a freelance/contract basis, strengthening our work through their unique expertise.
